As a long-time resident of Eastern North Carolina, I am an expert on the area and the market. My family has been in Eastern, NC since 2003. We are so glad to be back in the area I called home as child. My husband Greg and I have two children. After a stint in the Army and an amazing career in television, he came to East Carolina University to work in college athletics. We both agree that Eastern North Carolina is an amazing place to call home!

Seller reviewWorking with Erin was great. She was sociable yet professional. It was fun working with her. She listened to what input we had and rolled with the task of selling our house. She helped with finding professionals to complete repairs and upkeep of the property since a majority of the time we did not occupy the house and were moving to another state. I would highly recommend her to others and feel that even though we no longer live in her area she would be willing to still assist us in the future should we ever need help concerning real estate.

Buyer reviewWe had the opportunity to work with both Erin Pierce and Michelle Lones due to a scheduling conflict. Our first house hunting trip was a whirlwind tour of approximately 10-15 houses. Michelle was patient, stuck with us as we spent 1.5 days looking at house after house. Some homes we went into, some we drove through neighborhood and decided not to pursue. Both Michelle and Erin were patient, high-quality professionals with an eye for detail and local knowledge that helped us to make the best decision for us. Erin was particularly patient with us and our many follow-up questions, even gong with us to get our daughter registered for high school in case there were any issues with us being "new residents".
